We offer a completely hassle-free 7-day inspection and return window starting from the date of package delivery. If you wish to trigger a return, notify our VIP desk within this duration.

2. Condition parameters

To qualify for a full refund or matching style exchange, the jewelry piece must be completely unworn, untarnished, and preserved inside its original luxury box packaging with tags intact.

3. Refund Processing

Once our Delhi design studio inspects and approves the returned jewelry item, a full refund is dispatched to your original payment account (or bank details for COD orders) within 5 to 7 business days.
